Families with an income above R$ 9,600 will undergo a face-to-face analysis, a necessary step to define the contract conditions. In this case, the interest rate will be variable, limited to 1.95% per month, according to the credit analysis. Beneficiaries must be property owners, but the program does not restrict the use to the primary residence. It is possible to apply even if the property is rented. However, the government states that priority will be given to families living in the renovated property. The credit can be used for materials, labor, and technical services. Accepted purposes include structural repairs, electrical and plumbing improvements, accessibility adaptations, painting and expansion, renovations in mixed (residential and commercial) properties.
